Booking terms and conditions
These terms apply to stays at Quinta Japonesa and are dated March 2023.
Booking channels
Bookings may be made directly with Quinta Japonesa or through other booking channels. The conditions and price communicated through the channel used apply.
Deposit and final payment
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount, with a minimum of EUR 100, is due within one week. The balance is due no later than two months before arrival.
Cancellation
Refundable rate: up to 60 days, EUR 35 reservation fee; 60 to 30 days, 25%; 30 to 20 days, 50%; 20 to 10 days, 75%; within 10 days, 100% of the rental amount. A non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled or refunded after booking.
Included and excluded
The price includes Wi-Fi, swimming pool, parking, towels changed twice a week, bed linen, kitchen linen, and beds made on arrival. Heating costs, including pellets or gas heaters, are excluded. Different conditions apply to stays longer than one month.
Check-in, check-out and responsibility
Check-in and check-out follow the arrangements communicated for the reservation. Guests must return the accommodation and contents in the condition received, subject to normal use, and are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their party to facilities or third parties. Quinta Japonesa is not responsible for loss of, theft of, or damage to guests’ belongings.
Prices, discounts and promotions
The prices and conditions communicated at the time of booking apply. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined; where more than one discount applies, only the highest discount will be applied.
